Time: 09:00hrs – 10:50hrs [09:00hrs arrival for 09:15hrs start. This meeting will finish at 10:50hrs to allow a 10 minute break before the start of the Government Connect Workshop]

 

This is the meeting for the members of the NW Information Sharing and Security Group [NW ISSG]. NW ISSG is OPEN to colleagues working within information sharing/ information security/ information management/ information governance from local authorities and public sector organisations within the NW region. Government Connect Workshop

On the 26 March, we have arranged with Government Connect team to hold a Code of Connection workshop. The aim of this workshop is to provide a forum for local authorities across the region to come together to seek clarification and ask questions relating to CoCo 4.1.

Who should attend? Information Officers, Information Governance Officers, Information Security Officers, Corporate IT Policy Officers and anyone who is responsible for the Government Connect Code of Connection within their local authority.

 

Our workshops are open to any public sector employee and is an excellent opportunity to learn, share experiences and take ideas back to your own organisation.

The EISS Programme is supported by the NW Information Sharing and Security Group [NW ISSG]. The group meets regularly and is chaired by John L Curtis [Director of Knowledge and Information Management, Merseyside Fire and Rescue] and is supported by Ajike Alli, NWeGG Lead for EISS Programme.
